  8.  THIS UPDATE IS FOR PEOPLE WHO HAVE PREVIOUSLY INSTALLED CYBERCOM V1.50

  10.  This is simply an executable update for CyberCom. It fixes a flaw in v1.50
  11.  in which the dialing delay setting was being ignored. This is in no way a
  12.  complete version of CyberCom.

  14. INSTALLATION:
  15.  
  16.  1. Simply copy the new executable into your old CyberCom v1.50 directory.
  17.
